About the Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Compliance Officer to join our team in Nerang on a full-time permanent basis. This is a varied role combining reception and customer service responsibilities with compliance administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while ensuring processes and standards are maintained. Full training will be provided in compliance requirements, including OH&S and HACCP, enabling you to develop valuable skills within a supportive team environment.

In this Role

Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and incoming enquiries.
Manage reception duties, phone calls, and general office administration.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records, databases, and administrative documentation.
Support OH&S compliance requirements and assist with safety initiatives.
Assist with HACCP documentation, monitoring, and record keeping.
Help prepare for audits and ensure compliance documentation remains current.
Contribute to a safe, organised, and compliant workplace culture.

What are we looking for?

Previous administration, reception, or customer service experience.
Previous exposure to OH&S compliance requirements would be highly regarded, though not essential
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn compliance processes and procedures.
