We are looking for a reliable, highly organised and computer-confident Personal Assistant to provide ongoing administrative, personal and social media support.
This is a varied, hands-on role involving a significant amount of data entry, document management and information collection, alongside social media content, scheduling and general personal assistant duties.
The right person will have excellent attention to detail, strong computer skills and the ability to remain calm, patient and organised when priorities change.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing accurate and consistent data entry
- Collecting, checking and correctly recording information
- Editing, formatting and maintaining documents
- Managing emails, appointments, reminders and schedules
- Organising digital files, records and online systems
- Conducting online research
- Creating, editing and scheduling social media content
- Writing captions and basic promotional material
- Editing simple photos, graphics and videos
- Responding professionally to messages and enquiries
- Maintaining content calendars and online pages
- Assisting with errands and other personal assistant tasks
- Following up outstanding information and ensuring tasks are completed
- Supporting additional administrative projects as required

Computer and Technology Skills
Experience using, or the ability to confidently learn:
- Microsoft Office and Windows - Excel
- Notion
- Google Calendar, Meets, doc and sheets.
- Social media platforms
- Canva or Photoshop
- Artificial intelligence tools
- Online calendars, email systems and cloud-based documents
- Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Highly Regarded
The following would be an advantage but are not essential:
- Previous personal assistant or administrative experience
- Social media management or digital marketing experience
- Content creation, photography or video-editing skills
- Knowledge of the NDIS or disability-support sector
- Experience maintaining confidential records and client information
This is intended to be an ongoing position for someone dependable, professional and interested in building a positive, long-term working relationship.
Please note that this is not solely a social media position. A large part of the role involves administration, data entry, document editing, information management and general personal assistant duties.
