Full Job Description

Location: Sydney (Office-based with client visits)Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)Flexible Work Arrangement: One day per week may be worked from home, subject to business requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and results-driven professional to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role combining office-based project coordination with client relationship management. You will work closely with our management team to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support the implementation of AI-powered business solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, embraces new technology, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where outcomes matter.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through meetings, presentations and regular communication.
Visit clients and represent the company in a professional and confident manner.
Coordinate projects from planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
Research, implement and optimise AI tools to improve business productivity and efficiency.
Prepare proposals, presentations and business reports.
Liaise with suppliers, partners and internal teams in both Australia and China.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Support business development initiatives and strategic projects.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, IT, AI, Engineering, Communications or a related field preferred).
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of AI tools and willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
Highly efficient with strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Professional appearance and confidence when meeting clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
