Job Description
Daily tasks include:
- Supervise demolition subcontract workers and coordinating daily site operations;
- Communicate directly with builders, subcontractors and site managers regarding operational requirements and project progress;
- Oversee project coordination, scheduling and execution planning;
- Read and interpret demolition and construction plans for operational execution;
- Monitor workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance by subcontractors with site regulations;
- Coordinate material separation, recycling and sustainable waste disposal processes;
- Monitor workforce allocation and manage operational scheduling activities;
- Inspect constructions sites and report operational issues to management;
- Ensure efficient completion of demolition and construction-related activities within project deadlines;
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, records, reports and project correspondence;
- Collect, analyse and report project performance information for management review;
- Monitor compliance around project objectives and pertinent legal requirements.
Requirements:
1) Level of required qualification: Diploma or Advanced Diploma.
2) Experience: At least one year of work experience in the occupation or closely related occupation.
3) Other Main requirements to be considered for the position:
- Strong understanding of WHS compliance and site documentation.
- Experience coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Proficiency with scheduling, procurement, and project-management software.
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction/demolition environments.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Annual salary: $ 79,499 - $89,499 + superannuation (40 hours per week)
Pay: $79,499.00 – $89,499.00 per year
