We are looking for an energetic, highly organised and results-driven professional to join our growing team. This is a dynamic role combining office-based project coordination with client relationship management. You will work closely with our management team to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and support the implementation of AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through meetings, presentations and regular communication.
- Visit clients and represent the company in a professional and confident manner.
- Coordinate projects from planning through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Research, implement and optimise AI tools to improve business productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and business reports.
- Liaise with suppliers, partners and internal teams in both Australia and China.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic projects.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, IT, AI, Engineering, Communications or a related field preferred).
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of AI tools and willingness to continuously learn emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Highly efficient with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance and confidence when meeting clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
