Our Product and Technology teams make that impact possible by building the products, platforms and digital health solutions behind better care. As Talent Acquisition Lead, APAC, you will lead hiring for critical leadership and senior technical specialist roles across the region, act as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders and People Business Partners, and help lift our talent acquisition and sourcing capability. You will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, Product and Technology .

This role is based in Sydney and works on a hybrid pattern, with 1-2 days each week at the Bella Vista Innovation Centre. The position is full-time and permanent.

What You'll Do

Manage and d eliver recruitment for critical leadership and senior technical specialist roles across APAC, including Director-level appointments and senior engineering hires in Product, Technology and Engineering.

Run complex searches from brief to offer as a principal recruiter, bringing market insight, a clear search strategy and disciplined assessment to each one.

Advise APAC-based leaders and People Business Partners on leadership and senior specialist hiring, serving as a n additional trusted senior contact for recruitment matters.

Collaborate with Global TA Lead in execution of the Product & Technology TA Strategy

Support capability development across the APAC recruiting team, coaching recruiters and sourcing teams so that briefing, sourcing and assessment standards for product and technology hiring continue to improve.

Lead monthly pipeline reviews across APAC and North America, confirming that critical talent segments and live searches and have a sourcing strategy, healthy pipelines, sound market coverage and named actions.

Track time to fill, pipeline health, hiring manager feedback and delivery risk, then turn that data into practical advice for Talent Acquisition leaders and People Business Partners.

Coordinate recruitment activity across multiple countries while maintaining agreed service levels, governance standards and local compliance requirements.

What You Bring

Significant experience in technology recruitment, including senior specialist and leadership searches, ideally across software, platform, artificial intelligence and machine learning, or product domains.

Hands-on APAC delivery experience, with practical knowledge of mature recruitment service models and hiring standards across Australia, Singapore and India.

Credibility with senior stakeholders, including the ability to advise, challenge and influence business leaders and People Business Partners.

Strong executive search and strategic sourcing skills, covering market mapping, passive candidate engagement, pipeline governance and evidence-based search planning.

Confidence with recruitment analytics, using data to spot delivery issues early and recommend a clear course of action.

Experience coaching, developing or managing recruiters, preferably across multiple countries in the APAC region.

The independence to operate as a senior talent advisor while working closely with colleagues across APAC, North America and the global Talent Acquisition team.

Helpful but not essential:

Exposure to global or multi-region recruitment operating models spanning APAC and North America.

A qualification in human resources, business, psychology or technology, or equivalent specialist recruitment experience.
