Can + Will Plan Management and Navigation is growing, and we are looking for the right person to join our highly skilled, knowledgeable, collaborative and supportive team.

While our name may be new, our team, location and commitment to the people we support remain the same.

We are proudly based in North Geelong, working from our spacious, open-plan and light-filled office in the Federal Mills Business Precinct. As our participant base continues to grow, so does our commitment to ensuring every person who chooses Can + Will receives the responsive, reliable and person-centred support they deserve, and we have committed to. That is why we are on the hunt for an Administration Assistant to join our team in a contract position until 30 June 2027.

This is a part-time, office-based position for a dynamic and organised individual who is committed to being part of a team, supporting our participants and stakeholders, and making a genuine difference.

About you

To truly succeed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, driven and self-motivated, thrive when working as a team, have initiative and be meticulous. Most of all, we are looking for someone who has a ‘yes, can-do and willing to learn’ attitude.

So, what does a typical day in the life of our Administration Assistant look like? While we can guarantee no two days will be the same, this could be you…

Manage multiple email inboxes
Respond to incoming phone calls and emails
Assist with electronic document management
Assist with correspondence to participants, Support Coordinators and Providers
Ensure quality record-keeping and capturing of relevant information
Maintain current knowledge of NDIA, NDIS and disability sector
Actively participate in business growth targets and stakeholder satisfaction
Provide Administrative support to the Head of Plan Management and the Client Engagement Lead.

Key Selection Criteria

Experience and high-level skills in office administration
Experience in the use of CRM and financial software platforms
High-level office software skills – MS Office suite, Adobe
Proven ability to identify, prioritise and manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding and commitment to person-centred support and service to people with disability.
Comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of the NDIS, the NDIA and the NDIS Commission
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
Satisfactory Police Check
Satisfactory Bankruptcy Check
Right to work in Australia

Hours, Salary + Applying!

This is a part-time office-based role across four days:

Monday: 9.00am – 5.00pm
Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 10.00am – 2.00pm

Salary will be paid commensurate with experience and skills; however, an indicative commencement range would be: $60,000 - $80,000 pro-rata
