The role:
We are seeking a Business Process and Improvement Lead to drive business process optimisation, systems improvement and digital transformation initiatives across Gateways. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, enhance system utilisation and implement innovative technology solutions.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong experience leading end-to-end digital and business improvement projects
- Proven ability to analyse, map and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and service outcomes
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Understanding of change management principles
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Business Analysis, Project Management or related discipline
