The role:
We are seeking an ICT Manager to lead Gateways' ICT operations function and ensure technology, systems and digital services are secure, reliable and aligned with organisational priorities.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape Gateways' internal ICT function. Working closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and stakeholders across the organisation, you'll have the scope to strengthen capability, mature governance, drive digital improvements and establish the foundations that will support future growth and innovation.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will oversee ICT service delivery, governance, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives while enabling effective use of technology across the organisation.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong ICT leadership capability with the ability to balance strategic priorities, operational needs and organisational risk
- Experience managing ICT services, infrastructure, systems and external service providers, including Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, access controls, business continuity and disaster recovery practices
- Experience contributing to ICT strategy, governance, policy development and organisational change
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing ICT budgets, procurement, contracts and service levels
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
- Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent senior ICT experience
