We are seeking a talented individual to join our rapidly growing business, and dynamic Administration team, based at our Head Office at Eastern Creek. You will be an organised and committed Corporate Receptionist driven to work in a fast-paced environment, with a great work ethic. Working hours are flexible, with the option to work 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally
Coordinate meeting rooms and assist in delivering a high-quality client experience
Organise incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and office deliveries
Assist with the coordination and organisation of company events and meetings
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc office duties as required

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Reception, Customer Service, or Administrative role within a professional corporate office environment is critical
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is a must
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous manner
High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks and record keeping
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively within a team environment
A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to support the wider team as needed

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
