Located in the vibrant heart of Darlinghurst, we are positioned just minutes from Kings Cross station, with direct, high-frequency bus connections from the east, and seamless links from Gadigal and Museum stations right to our doorstep.
We are looking for someone to join us on a 6-month contract (with a possible extension) as a Receptionist in our USpace Facility.
This is a fast-paced position where you will provide administrative support and assistance to clinical teams, patients and their families. To be successful in the role, you will be required to apply your sense of initiative, problem solving ability and professionalism.
Process billing, payments, and health fund claims accurately, while managing referrals, correspondence, and medical documentation.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and medical practice management systems such as Genie, Best Practice, Meditech, or Cerner.
