Job Title: Sales Coach - Appointment Setters & Closers (Ecom Education)

Location: Remote (must have experience working with Australian clients/customers/teams)

About the Role

My client is a prominent player in the eCommerce Education space in Australia.

They're looking for a Sales Coach with a twist, someone who doesn't just train reps on script, but actively lifts performance metrics across two distinct sales functions: appointment setters and closers.

This isn't a generic sales trainer role. You'll be working hands-on with reps to move specific KPIs incl. appointment-setting rates, show-up rates and closing percentages AND and you need to be able to prove you've done this before.

What You'll Do

- Coach and develop both appointment setters and closers on live calls, recordings, and role-play
Identify individual rep gaps and build targeted improvement plans

- Track and report on KPI movement (setting rate, close rate, conversion, revenue per rep)

- Work directly with Australian leadership, customers, and team members, an understanding of AU communication style, market and business culture is essential

- Deliver ongoing coaching cadences (weekly 1:1s, call reviews, team trainings)

Must-Haves

- Minimum 12 months experience specifically coaching appointment setters and/or closers in a sales environment
- Demonstrated experience working with Australian clients, customers, or employees IE this is non-negotiable, not a nice-to-have

- Concrete, specific case studies of rep performance improvement, e.g. "took a closer from 18% to 34% close rate over 8 weeks" or "improved an appointment setter's show-up rate from 40% to 65% in 60 days."

NOTE: Vague claims ("I improved performance significantly") will not be considered.

- Strong grasp of both sides of the sales motion, setting AND closing are different skillsets and you need to speak both fluently
