We're seeking a registered psychologist to join our team and provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients via a secure online platform from anywhere in Australia. This fully remote role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to make a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home.
We require a clinician who can effectively handle a diverse range of presentations while upholding the highest standards of care and ensuring optimal client outcomes. The ideal candidate should possess the necessary skills and expertise to provide professional and compassionate telehealth counselling services that meet each client's unique needs.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly motivated and passionate, and thrive on the challenge of counselling clients with various presentations via telehealth. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are an active listener.
ABOUT THE ROLE
With such high demand for mental health support, our practice is on the look-out for psychologists to join our team on a full or part-time employee basis, delivering therapeutic supports via Telehealth.
We are a dynamic and fast-growing private group with a position available. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the full support from our psychologists, management, marketing and administration team.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Full registration with AHPRA (Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist)
- Minimum of 1+ years of psychology practice experience
- Located in Australia
- Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
- Medicare Provider Number can be obtained after hiring if not currently held
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Experience in telehealth is an advantage, but not essential
- Willing to work with clients who present with a variety of presentations.
- Dedication to providing high-quality counselling to all clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide evidence-based psychological interventions to clients via video sessions
- Manage a caseload with autonomy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and admin staff
- Professional workspace with clear, strong wifi reception.
