About Glow Healthcare Australia

Glow Healthcare Australia is a trusted provider of aged care, disability support, therapeutic services, complex care, and child and youth services across NSW.

We work in partnership with individuals, families, and healthcare facilities, focusing on collaboration, brokerage of services, and person-centred care across aged care, disability, mental health, and carer support. Our mission is to make a positive impact in the community through integrated and networked service delivery.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Support Workers to provide in-home care and community-based support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and daily living assistance to elderly clients
Support clients to achieve personal goals, independence, and community access
Assist with social, recreational, and community participation activities
Manage challenging behaviours and support clients in complex environments
Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
Build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families

Skills & Experience

Experience supporting elderly clients
Ability to manage challenging clients and environments
Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to person-centred and respectful care

Mandatory Requirements

Australian work rights
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check / Verification (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker
