About the Role:
Join the Allied Health team at North Canberra Hospital Mental Health Services and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people experiencing mental health challenges.
As a HP3 Social Worker, you will conduct skilled clinical assessments and deliver individual and group-based social work interventions within adult inpatient mental health settings. Working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will support consumers in achieving their recovery goals while contributing to quality improvement, professional development, and clinical supervision activities.
This senior clinical role also provides the opportunity to supervise and mentor HP1 and HP2 staff, students, and clinically related staff, including Allied Health Assistants. Working Monday to Friday, you will provide services to the Acacia and Banksia wards, as well as covering social work duties in other AIMHS services.
