Location: Dandenong South, Melbourne| Monday–Friday Only

$60,000 - $65,000 annual base + Super

Onsite Parking | Ongoing Product Training | Stable Career Opportunity

About the Role

We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-focused Operations Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interaction with Customers, Logistic Providers to offer tailored solutions, and delivering great customer service in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate confidently with freight providers, and collaborate effectively with Operations, Sales, and Workshop teams to support the achievement of KPIs.
Provide clients with accurate delivery updates and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Manage customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as needed.
Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and basic filing.
Support warehouse operations through picking and packing of customer orders.
Assist in the allocation of parts and accessories inventory.
Handle incoming calls and provide assistance or redirect queries as required.
Contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment and support cross-functional tasks as needed.

About you

Self-starter with excel, email SAP (preferred) and an understanding of filing systems.
A strong team player who can demonstrate top class customer service and supports colleagues.
Confident communicator.
Basic understanding of mechanical systems or industrial machinery (preferred)
Current Valid driver’s licence including forklift licence
