About Us
Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.
Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the ‘Courts Group'.

The Supreme Court of Victoria is the highest court in Victoria and comprises the Court of Appeal and the Trial Division. The Court deals with major criminal and civil matters, plus appeals against decisions of lower courts.

About the Role
Liaise and work with Judicial Officers and staff to ensure that facilities, services and equipment are maintained and delivered in accordance with Supreme Court of Victoria standard requirements.
- Perform a range of minor maintenance, general labouring and waste management duties for the Court.
- Assist in office relocations, movement of furniture and equipment and event and court room set-ups.
- Provide office support services, including mail services and the provision of office equipment and supplies.
About You
To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:
- Effectively use computer systems for basic word processing, email, appointment scheduling, and internet and intranet functions.
- Work efficiently, focusing on client satisfaction and maintaining service quality despite time constraints while striving to exceed agreed service targets.
- Cooperate effectively with the team and work collaboratively to achieve work plan and goals.
