Full Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Health & Education team and play a key role in delivering planned and project works that ensure consistent, high-quality service outcomes while driving continuous improvement. Reporting to the Operations Manager , you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Lead the successful delivery of planned and project works across the TAFE Southbank site, ensuring outcomes align with contractual and service expectations.
Build strong and collaborative relationships with stakeholders, supporting a seamless customer experience.
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Identify and implement service improvements that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in project delivery within facilities management, construction, or a related environment.
Strong capability in managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple workstreams.
Trade background (highly regarded) or relevant industry experience.
Project Management qualification (desirable) or demonstrated practical experience.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
