About the role
The Medical Education Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the Medical Education Unit (MEU) within the Medical Workforce and Education Unit at Redcliffe Hospital. The role is responsible for coordinating key education and training activities that support junior medical officers and contribute to the delivery of high-quality medical education programs across the facility.
The successful candidate will coordinate mandatory training and assessment processes, support accreditation requirements, maintain education resources and online platforms, provide secretariat support to committees, and assist with the delivery of education and orientation programs for medical staff. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance medical education services and outcomes.

Coordinate and monitor mandatory and requisite training requirements and compliance activities for junior medical officers.
Provide high-level administrative support for medical education programs, accreditation processes and term assessment activities.
Maintain and update education resources, online platforms and administrative systems to support the effective delivery of MEU services.
Provide secretariat support to committees and contribute to the development of efficient and effective administrative processes.
Support orientation, education and quality improvement initiatives that enhance learning experiences and workforce development outcomes.
