Marketing Operations & Digital Manager

Are you a commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn strategy, systems and campaigns into measurable growth?

Expo Centric is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations & Digital Manager to own the execution and performance of our marketing activity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building campaigns, improving digital platforms, getting the most out of HubSpot and using data to understand what is actually driving qualified opportunities, sales pipeline and revenue.

You won't be expected to be a specialist in everything. You'll work with designers, developers, content producers and media specialists when required—but you'll take ownership of making sure the entire marketing engine works together and delivers results.

What You'll Do

Own our marketing operations and HubSpot environment, including CRM structure, data quality, workflows, campaign attribution, dashboards and lead handover.
Manage and continuously improve our website and landing pages, coordinating Webflow updates, content, integrations, testing and conversion optimisation.
Build and execute integrated campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, organic search and trade-show marketing.
Connect marketing to commercial outcomes by building reliable reporting across qualified briefs, pipeline, revenue, acquisition costs and channel performance.
Work closely with Sales, Client Services and Design to improve lead quality, follow-up, sales enablement and the overall customer journey.
Manage specialist partners and suppliers, including developers, designers, content producers and media specialists, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and against measurable outcomes.
Continuously optimise performance, identifying what's working, what's wasting budget and where we should invest next.

What You'll Bring

At least 5 years' experience across digital marketing, marketing operations, campaign management or a similarly broad commercial marketing role.
Strong practical HubSpot experience, including CRM structures, properties, lists, workflows, campaigns, forms, dashboards and data governance.
Experience owning or managing a business website or digital platform, including CMS updates, landing pages, conversion tracking and supplier coordination.
Experience with Google Ads and integrated social, email and digital campaigns—from briefing and launch through to optimisation and performance review.
Strong analytical and commercial judgement, with the ability to connect marketing metrics with sales pipeline, revenue and acquisition costs.
Excellent communication, briefing and project-management skills, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and work across multiple teams and suppliers.
A hands-on mindset—you are comfortable getting into the systems, investigating the data and fixing problems rather than simply passing them on.

Highly regarded: Experience with Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEO or reporting tools.

Experience within exhibitions, events, brand experiences, B2B services or another project-based sales environment would also be valuable.
