Reporting to the Digital Campaigns & Performance Executive, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing administration with creative marketing execution. You will play a key role in coordinating campaigns, developing content, managing communications and supporting the successful promotion of a diverse program of performances, events and venue activities.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, media agencies, ticketing and creative partners, you will help coordinate marketing campaigns from planning through to execution. Using audience insights and CRM data, you will support targeted communications that drive ticket sales, audience engagement and membership growth.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, content management, campaign administration and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns for theatre productions, events, and venue initiatives.

Prepare draft campaign schedules, timelines and marketing calendars.

Assist with campaign reporting and post campaign evaluations.

Maintain budgets and expenditure tracking.

Coordinate member and customer communications through CRM and email marketing platforms.

Develop targeted audience communications using customer segmentation and database insights.

Work closely with the ticketing manager to maintain customer database integrity and audience lists.

Develop and maintain a digital asset library for every production and event.

Write creative briefs for minor branded marketing materials.

Proofread marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.

Manage social media channels and social media content calendar.

Coordinate marketing materials for venue hirers and external promoters.
About You
You will be an organised marketing professional who enjoys coordinating multiple projects while maintain exceptional attention to detail.
You will bring strong administration skills alongside creativity, initiative, and a passion for live entertainment.
Skills & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or relevant discipline and minimum five years event and marketing experience – theatre experience ideal.

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, suppliers and commercial partners.

Excellent writing, database, spreadsheet management skills.

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.

Ability to solve problems proactively with a high level of attention to detail and within given timeframes.

Experience in the events and/or venue industry with demonstrated knowledge of the Australian entertainment industry landscape.

Experience in social media content creation, scheduling and trends.

Experience in entertainment and event marketing campaigns, media planning and media-buying.

Data-driven mindset with analytical capability.
