About the Role
This is a behind-the-scenes role that has a very visible impact. As our Operations Development Coordinator, you'll support the creation, refinement, and rollout of the operational processes, systems, and tools that keep El Jannah's restaurant network running consistently and at its best. You'll work closely with the Operations Development Manager and collaborate across teams including L&D, Marketing, IT, and Property, contributing to everything from SOP development and equipment trials to operational communications and digital tools. What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating the rollout of new operational SOPs, campaigns, menu changes, and equipment updates across the network
- Facilitating pilots and product and equipment trials, including setup, feedback collection, and reporting
- Developing and maintaining training manuals, checklists, process maps, SOPs, and visual aids
- Collaborating with the L&D and Marketing teams to integrate content into e-learning platforms
- Conducting on-site training where required for process rollouts or new restaurant openings
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of digital operational tools including LMS, audit systems, and task checklists
- Supporting reporting and analysis for key operational initiatives and metrics
- Maintaining internal databases, documentation archives, and records of SOP updates
- Drafting operational communications including memos, newsletters, campaign briefs, and initiative rollouts
- Building strong relationships with restaurant teams, the Support Office, and Franchise Partners to keep everyone aligned
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years in a coordinator or administrative role, with hospitality or QSR experience preferred
- Exposure to systems implementation, process documentation, or restaurant operations highly desirable
- Strong project coordination and time management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with documentation platforms, e-learning tools, and shared cloud-based systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with project management or task tracking tools
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and basic content editing preferred
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
