Homart Pharmaceuticals, established in 1992, specializes in manufacturing, wholesealing, and exporting of Health Supplements, Skincare, Dairy, and Pet Food & Supplements, and has garnered 28 business and industry awards over its 34+ years of operation.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time IT Support Officer to deliver professional support for all staff located at our Head Office, as well as provide support & maintenance to server and network infrastructure. The role of the IT Support Officer is an exciting opportunity for graduates or someone who has 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar role.

Your role is primarily includes (but not limited to):

Desktop support (local and remote users)
General hardware support and upgrades
Routine maintenance work
Office facility support as required
General routine duties

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support:

Deliver basic technical support to all staff for all IT related requests and technical issues
Offer operational support and maintenance to all server systems, laptops, desktops and mobile devices
Provide problem resolution related to network and server infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems and productivity applications
Facilitate preventative maintenance and system upgrades.
Monitor and maintain system access and security
Other general administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualification in a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Basic knowledge of networking, Microsoft Active Directory, and computer hardware.
Proven ability to troubleshoot desktop and end-user issues, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications, with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
A strong customer service mindset, with a proactive and energetic approach to IT support.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mandarin language skills will be highly regarded.
This role reports directly to the IT Manager.
