Epiroc is on the lookout for a Product Support Advisor to provide underground support for our customer, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our work. This site-based position offers an exciting 8/6 day shift roster, FIFO ex Perth.

As a Product Support Advisor, you'll dive into a world of responsibilities:

Understanding and complying with Epiroc and client SHEQ requirements, policies, and procedures.
Assisting customers with diagnostic evaluations and providing expert advice on removal, repair, and installation procedures.
Monitoring repair and maintenance events, analyzing trends, and recommending strategies to maximize machine availability and utilization.
Processing warranty claims efficiently, adhering to company guidelines.
Providing high-level technical mentoring, support, and training to customers, becoming the go-to expert on Epiroc products.
Assisting customers in developing preventative equipment maintenance plans.
Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and providing customized customer support.
Building long-term, sustainable relationships with customers and delivering on commitments.

Ideal candidates possess:

A relevant Australian (or recognized) Trade Qualification.
Customer-facing field expertise in Epiroc surface ground products.
Sound knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.
Extensive experience in maintaining surface heavy mobile mining equipment, including hydraulic and low voltage electrical repairs.
An unwavering focus on safety.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-starting with effective planning and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Commitment to providing quality customer service.
Proficient computer literacy.
