About the Role
NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Perth office, taking ownership of an established contract recruitment desk focused on Fixed Plant & Mechanical positions within the mining sector.
Youll inherit a warm desk with active client relationships and the opportunity to further develop business across some of Western Australias leading mining operators, EPCMs and contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys building long-term client partnerships while delivering exceptional contract recruitment solutions.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of an existing portfolio, managing end-to-end contract recruitment across Fixed Plant, Mechanical and maintenance disciplines within the mining industry.
- Partner with mining companies, EPCMs, OEMs and engineering contractors, providing tailored recruitment solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Recruit and manage contractors across a range of technical roles, delivering outstanding candidate experiences while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts and contribute to the continued growth of NES Fircroft- s Mining division in Western Australia.
- Work alongside an experienced, high-performing recruitment team with access to national and global resources, best practice and market-leading technology.
What Were Looking For:
- Around 2+ years experience in agency recruitment.
- Previous experience managing a contract recruitment desk is highly regarded.
- Experience recruiting within mining, engineering, technical or industrial sectors is advantageous.
- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
- A proactive, resilient and commercially minded approach.
- A genuine desire to build a long-term career with a global recruitment leader.
