We are seeking a qualified
Trainer & Assessor to coordinate and deliver specific training programs and workshops including National Units of Competency and Verification of Competency (VOC) training and assessment. The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing and developing employees’ skills, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety requirements. The role provides training support services directly to internal and external customers during pre-contract, project start-up and project execution phases. Training is delivered from our
Bibra Lake training facility the “Monadelphous Employee Development Centre” and our operational sites, with a required flexibility to work in Perth and undertake ad hoc travel across our operations as required.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Facilitate VOC assessments in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.

Deliver training and assessment for Nationally Units of Competency as per RTO scope such as (WAH, CSE, GTA, Basic Fire, EWP, Rigging, Cranes, Scaffolding, Telehandler etc).

Ensure all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy and procedure.

Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of Monadelphous training programs, resources and materials.

Work closely with business unit manager, senior compliance advisor, training coordinator and peer trainer assessors.

Maintain compliance of RTO accreditation.

Deliver Monadelphous enterprise workshops and training programs.
What you’ll bring:

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) is essential.

A current High Risk Work License (HRWL) with RA, SA, WP, and LF is essential.

A minimum of five years’ experience within the resources sector or a comparable industry.

The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

A strong commitment to achieving quality training outcomes and a genuine passion for developing others.

High attention to detail, supported by strong initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
