What You’ll Be Doing ️

Own Your Pipeline: Identify leads, qualify opportunities, and close deals that meet targets.
Sales Appointments: Conduct site assessments, prepare project estimates, and deliver proposals that impress clients.
Hit Your Targets: Drive monthly sales revenue with large average job sizes.
Convert Like a Boss: Achieve a minimum 28% conversion rate on sales appointments.
Maximize Margins: Focus on closing premium, high-value deals that align with our top-tier solutions.
Follow Up Relentlessly: No lead goes cold under your watch.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of proven sales success (preferably in painting, construction, or trades).
A relentless closer’s mindset—you chase until you get a clear yes or no.
Stellar communication and negotiation skills.
A relationship builder who earns trust and delivers value.
Tech-savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, sales tools, and mobile apps.
Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence for on-the-go deal-making.
