Harbour Rocks Hotel is entering a bold new chapter! Our heritage-listed boutique hotel in the heart of The Rocks has been thoughtfully reimagined through a full refurbishment blending historic character with elevated comfort, warm design, and a more refined guest experience throughout, including our restaurant and bar, Tayim.

About the Role:
We are looking for Restaurant Wait Staff, Event Food & Beverage Attendants and Bartenders to join the team to help us bring Tayim, Eric’s Bar and the rest of our food and beverage experience to life. In these roles, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering warm, attentive service to guests dining and drinking at Tayim and across the hotel.
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout service.
- Preparing and serving drinks with care and consistency, from coffee through to cocktails, for Bartender roles.
- Setting up and packing down outlets, keeping service areas clean, stocked and ready for the next guest.
- Processing payments accurately and handling guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, professionalism and conduct across all outlets.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in food and beverage, bar or hospitality service is a bonus, but not essential.
- A friendly, energetic manner and genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- For Bartenders, bar or cocktail experience is preferred; RSA is required for all F&B and bar roles.
- The ability to stay calm and think on your feet during busy periods or unexpected situations.
- A genuine interest in hospitality and in being part of a hotel's opening team.
- Current RSA, or willingness to obtain one.
