Centurion – Asia Pacific Rentals and Services supplies high-quality, certified equipment solutions to the mining, energy, industrial, infrastructure, and construction sectors. Our range includes water and wastewater treatment services, power generation, pumps, winches, and lifting equipment. Our Bibra Lake facility focuses on sustainable water and wastewater services, delivering innovative, environmentally responsible solutions that ensure operational excellence for our clients across Australia.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Administrator to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. The General Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

This role is suitable for someone with 3-5 years of previous administration experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the business, including day-to-day office coordination, filing, documentation and record keeping.
Assist with accurate data entry, processing and maintenance of information across relevant business systems and spreadsheets.
Support the Accounts and Project Delivery teams with administrative tasks, documentation and data entry as required.
Prepare, update and maintain documents, registers, reports and other administrative records in a timely and accurate manner.
Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and escalate matters where appropriate.
Assist with coordination of meetings, communications, travel, purchasing or other operational requirements as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure records, correspondence and information are handled in accordance with company requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes and support business efficiency.
Office management for Bibra Lake and supporting the office management for other Centurion Water locations (including Malaga, WA and Woodridge, QLD).
Phone support for all Centurion Water locations during Western Australian business hours. Taking calls and monitoring messages using our phone system (3CX).

Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years of experience in an administration, office support or similar role.
Sound computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Office programs and business systems.
Ability to enter, maintain and manage information accurately and confidentially.
Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support to multiple stakeholders or teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and a proactive, team-focused approach.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical.
