Your responsibilities will include:
As the ICT Manager, you will:

Lead and mentor the BWC ICT Team, providing technical leadership and operational direction.

Ensure ICT systems meet required standards for performance, availability, security and compliance.

Manage ICT upgrades, enhancements, technology refresh activities and system integrations.
-
Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver new technology capabilities.
-
Oversee ICT risk management, incident resolution, change management and service delivery processes.
-
Provide regular operational, project and sustainment reporting to program leadership.
-
Manage system patching, updates, capacity planning, performance monitoring and optimisation activities.
-
Lead disaster recovery, business continuity and resilience initiatives.
-
Manage vendors, contracts, licensing compliance and service level performance.
-
Drive automation, process improvements and operational efficiencies.
-
Act as the trusted ICT advisor to program stakeholders, customers and industry partners.
What you'll bring
-
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.

Significant experience managing complex ICT infrastructure and enterprise systems environments.
-
Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and stakeholders.
-
Demonstrated experience with ITIL and ICT Service Management practices.
-
Experience delivering ICT projects, upgrades, integrations and technology refresh programs.
-
Experience working within Agile, Kanban or similar delivery frameworks.
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, resource planning and delivery practices.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards and frameworks, including:

Australian Information Security Manual (ISM)

NIST Cybersecurity Framework
-
ISO 27001

Defence or Government security frameworks

Experience managing vendors, service providers, contracts and service level agreements
