Full Job Description

What you'll do

As the Administration Officer (Assets), you will provide high-quality administrative and financial support to ensure the effective management of ICT assets, equipment and software across the business unit. You will coordinate procurement activities, software licensing, budgeting processes, accounts administration and SAP transactions, while maintaining accurate asset records and information management systems. Working closely with stakeholders across a geographically dispersed team, you will deliver excellent customer service, prepare quotations and support asset and equipment management activities. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing business processes and recommending enhancements, while ensuring compliance with Queensland Health procurement and financial policies and procedures.

About you

We are searching for someone who has:
Ability to deliver high quality ICT services to clients of eHealth Queensland, with emphasis on coordinating multiple tasks and working unsupervised.
Well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work in individual or team situations and communicate clear explanations.
Knowledge of policies and practices relating to asset management, procurement and records management.
Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn Service Now and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management processes (primarily incident / configuration management).
