To be successful, you’ll need:
- Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing or a similar QA or food safety environment.
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP and basic microbiological principles.
- Familiarity with QA and compliance systems (e.g. specifications, labelling, stock or process control systems).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot non‑conformances and trends.
- Confident communicator who can work with supervisors, operators and management.
- Proven problem‑solving skills and a practical approach to corrective and preventive actions.
- Solid written skills for completing QA records, reports and audit documentation.
- Positive attitude towards safety, with a genuine commitment to food safety and quality.
