Job Type: Backfill & Dispatch.
Note: This is not full-time job. This is demand based (ad-hoc). Whenever client will raise a demand for support. You will be dispatched to the site to resolve the issue. You will be notified minimum 2-4 days before the support required onsite.

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive EUC L1 Support Engineer to join our team on a 12-month B2B contract based in Brisbane Australia. The ideal candidate will provide first-line technical support to end users, ensuring smooth operation of end-user computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
Support Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications
Respond to tickets and incidents within agreed SLAs
Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams when required
Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions
:Provide on-site and remote support as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in End User Computing (EUC) or IT Support (L1 level)
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Mush have full time work rights in Australia.

Pay: $320.00 – $350.00 per day
