What You’ll Be Doing
As an IT Operations Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for end-user IT support, playing a vital role in keeping our teams productive, secure, and connected. Working within the Service Management team, you’ll support day-to-day operations while building your technical capability across modern workplace technologies.
Key activities include:
- Providing Level 1 Service Desk support for hardware, software, and access issues
- Setting up and managing user accounts across Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365
- Monitoring and responding to tickets in line with SLAs, escalating where needed
- Supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV equipment
- Administering the Microsoft 365 environment and assisting with general IT housekeeping
