Role : IT Desktop EUC Support
Location: 8/540 Wickham Street, Fortitude Valley, QLD 4006

Duration:18 Months (Extendable)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Onsite
Working Time: 8:30AM TO 5PM
Start Date: In 2 weeks After Selection
Salary: AUD 60,000 per annum + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop and technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, hardware and software
- Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions and access requests
- Perform device deployment, upgrades, refreshes and asset management
- Handle incidents and service requests through ticketing systems and meet SLAs
- Troubleshoot basic network issues including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN and Wi-Fi
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and vendors when required
Required Skills
- Experience in IT Desktop Support / Service Desk / EUC
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Hardware troubleshooting, imaging and deployment experience
- Familiarity with SCCM, Intune or similar endpoint management tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
