Early Learning Instructor – Shichida Australia

About the Role

As an Early Learning Instructor, you will:

Deliver up to 4 engaging classes each day for children aged 0–9
Create fun, interactive and meaningful learning experiences
Build positive relationships with children and their parents
Support parents in understanding and extending their child’s learning
Prepare class materials and assist with centre operations
Represent the Shichida philosophy with warmth, professionalism and care

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Mature, reliable and committed
Passionate about children and their development
Warm, positive and confident when communicating with families
Organised, proactive and able to work as part of a team
Open to feedback and eager to learn
Comfortable learning and consistently applying a structured teaching method
Looking for a stable, long-term role and able to reliably commit to set days
Motivated by personal and professional growth

Teaching or early childhood experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We value attitude, maturity, reliability and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.

Requirements

Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia
Valid Working With Children Check
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential

Hours & Location

During school terms:
4 weekdays, 8:30am–5:30pm, with some regular weekdays potentially finishing at 6:15pm

Saturday, 8:30am–1:00pm

During school holidays:
5 weekdays, 8:30am–4:45pm

Minimum commitment: 3.5 days per week, with potential for full-time employment.
