About the Role
As an Early Learning Instructor, you will:
- Deliver up to 4 engaging classes each day for children aged 0–9
- Create fun, interactive and meaningful learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children and their parents
- Support parents in understanding and extending their child’s learning
- Prepare class materials and assist with centre operations
- Represent the Shichida philosophy with warmth, professionalism and care
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Mature, reliable and committed
- Passionate about children and their development
- Warm, positive and confident when communicating with families
- Organised, proactive and able to work as part of a team
- Open to feedback and eager to learn
- Comfortable learning and consistently applying a structured teaching method
- Looking for a stable, long-term role and able to reliably commit to set days
- Motivated by personal and professional growth
Teaching or early childhood experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We value attitude, maturity, reliability and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
Requirements
- Permanent, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not essential
Hours & Location
During school terms:
4 weekdays, 8:30am–5:30pm, with some regular weekdays potentially finishing at 6:15pm
During school holidays:
5 weekdays, 8:30am–4:45pm
Minimum commitment: 3.5 days per week, with potential for full-time employment.
