Casual Group Fitness Instructor
- Deliver engaging, energetic and safe group fitness classes that inspire members and support health and wellbeing in the community.
- Flexible hours across mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Casual hourly rate of $55–$65 per hour plus 12% superannuation (hourly rate is dependent on experience and qualifications).

About the Role
As the Casual Group Fitness Instructor, you will:
- Plan and deliver safe, engaging and effective group fitness classes tailored to participant needs.
- Motivate and support participants while building strong rapport and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Ensure classes start and finish on time, including preparation and pack-up of equipment.
- Promote WLC programs, services and upcoming events to members.
- Maintain current knowledge of fitness industry trends, techniques and best practice.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, including adherence to WHS procedures and reporting any incidents or hazards.
What You’ll Bring:
- Accredited Certificate III in Fitness qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Experience delivering group fitness classes and the ability to instruct a variety of programs.
- Strong understanding of exercise techniques and safe practice.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Desirable:
- Specialised certifications (e.g. Les Mills, aqua, yoga, Pilates).
- Current professional indemnity and liability insurance
- AUSactive registration or relevant allied health qualification
