About the role

Andonis is a brand built on marketing, and we're looking for someone who wants to take it to the next level. You'll see what's next before everyone else does and take the reins of our marketing function - setting the strategy, driving campaigns, bringing the brand to life and making sure our marketing gets people through the doors and talking about us. You'll be working across a growing group of stores, with plenty happening and plenty of room to make your mark.

Key responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Function: Own the marketing function and set the strategy and annual plan across the group, making sure we’re always thinking ahead and ready for what’s next.
Brand & Reputation: Own our brand standards, tone of voice and messaging, making sure everything we put out feels unmistakably Andonis.
Campaigns & Promotions: Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and launches that get people excited and support our commercial priorities.
Content & Channels: Own our content planning, production, channel mix and publishing schedule - keeping things fresh, engaging and on-brand.
Local Area Marketing: Support our stores with marketing that gets people through the doors and can actually be executed on the ground.
Partnerships & Events: Build partnerships and support events and activations that grow awareness, drive traffic and get Andonis out there in the community.
Marketing Performance: Own our marketing reporting, track what’s working and turn the numbers into better ideas, smarter decisions and stronger results.
Customer Insight: Turn customer feedback and insights into actions that improve our marketing and brand and overall performance.
Agency & Supplier Management: Work with internal teams, agencies and suppliers to bring campaigns and ideas to life and make sure things get done properly.

About you

Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar senior marketing role.
Someone who has owned a marketing function and knows how to take a strategy from the big idea right through to execution.
A creative thinker who is constantly looking for the next opportunity, campaign or big idea.
Someone commercially minded who cares about results.
Strong project management skills and the ability to keep everything moving, even when there’s a lot on.
A big-picture thinker who cares about the details.
Someone energetic, proactive and ready to own their role.
