At Mater Foundation, every campaign, event and supporter experience helps fund life-changing healthcare, research and education for Queenslanders.
We're looking for an experienced Brand & Production Manager to lead the execution of our brand, production and media activities across the Foundation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on working campaings, managing multiple moving parts and ensuring every supporter touchpoint is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard.
Working across fundraising campaigns, appeals, events and community initiatives, you'll coordinate the production of marketing collateral, event branding, signage, advertising and media activity that helps inspire support for Mater's mission.
Salary: Commensurate with experience plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end production and delivery of campaign collateral, creative assets and supporter communications.
- Lead project timelines, workflows and production schedules across multiple fundraising programs and events.
- Ensure Mater Foundation's brand is consistently and effectively represented across all campaigns and communications.
- Act as a trusted brand custodian, providing advice and support to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate external suppliers including agencies, printers, signage providers, photographers, videographers and production partners.
- Oversee event branding, signage, venue materials and supporter-facing experiences.
- Manage above-the-line media buying and campaign implementation in partnership with media agencies and suppliers.
- Monitor media performance, prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, production costs and supplier relationships to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
About you
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, journalism, PR or media
- Strong project and production management skills.
- Budget and workflow management.
- Experience managing production, brand or campaign delivery functions.
- Experience in above the line media buying with a focus on audience reach and campaign reporting
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and production partners.
