Position Overview
We are looking for friendly, reliable and hardworking Team Members to join our Gong Cha Southbank team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare high-quality drinks and food products, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and work effectively as part of a team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items, toppings, sugar levels and drink options.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming customer experience.
Cleaning & Hygiene
- Complete daily cleaning duties according to the store cleaning schedule.
- Clean equipment, utensils and preparation areas properly.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Store Operations
- Follow Gong Cha policies, procedures and operational standards.
- Restock cups, lids, toppings, ingredients and other supplies when required.
- Check stock levels and inform the manager when stock is running low.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the store.
- Follow company procedures for online, delivery and walk-in orders.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining product quality and customer service.
Teamwork
- Work cooperatively with other team members.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Support team members during busy periods.
- Follow reasonable instructions from supervisors and managers.
- Help create a respectful, positive and professional workplace.
- Be punctual, reliable and responsible for assigned shifts.

Pay: $26.44 – $42.79 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 38.0 per week
