About the role:

Reporting to the Head of HSV Financial Control the AP / AR (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), the manager will be responsible for providing leadership in the planning, execution and delivery of various AP / AR functions and services for all suppliers and customers.

Key responsibilities include oversee the Accounts Payable team with the provision of all accounts payable services in accordance with policies and procedures, including responsibility for supervising and processing supplier invoices, responding to supplier and employee queries and performing supplier reconciliations, as well as overseeing the Accounts Receivable function to maintain accurate accounts receivable records in support of financial operations, including oversight of all the billing activities in the system and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly billing close.

About you:

Degree / Diploma in Accounting or related discipline (completed or in progress).
Oracle e-Business Suite R12 (preferred), automated AP / invoice-processing using OCR data capture (KESTO preferred), and advanced Excel.
