The Point of Rental Account Executive team is a high-energy group of sales professionals who take pride in delivering best-in-class experiences cross the globe. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role that blends hustle with heart: you’ll own your pipeline from first outreach to signed contract, and you’ll need enough technical chops to run a compelling, tailored product demo.

What You’ll Do

Own your pipeline end-to-end — from identifying and prospecting target accounts through close. This is a full-cycle role: you build it, you run it, you close it.
Drive outbound activity daily. Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, industry events — you’re not waiting for leads to come to you.
Conduct tailored discovery calls to uncover each prospect’s challenges, goals, timeline, and decision-making process.
Deliver polished, consultative product demos that connect Point of Rental’s new product capabilities directly to a prospect’s specific pain points. You’ll learn the platform well enough to demo it with confidence.
Engage professionally with all stakeholders — from operations managers to CEOs — asking smart questions and earning trust.
Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and quota targets.
Maintain clean CRM hygiene and manage your time with precision.
Continuously sharpen your craft — this team invests in growth and expects you to as well.

What You Bring

1-3 years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, with at least some exposure to a full sales cycle. Prior SDR/BDR experience welcome. SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
A proven track record of self-sourcing pipeline — you know how to find prospects and you’re not afraid of outbound.
Enough technical comfort to learn a software product deeply and demo it confidently without needing a solutions engineer in the room.
Strong discovery and questioning skills — you listen first, pitch second.
Clear, professional communication at every level of an organization.
A growth mindset. You take feedback well, implement it fast, and never stop improving.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred: Experience in rental, construction, industrial, or manufacturing software.
