What You'll Be Doing

Every day brings something different. You'll:

Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across Australia.
Schedule trades and subcontractors to attend customer sites.
Manage work orders from initial request through to completion.
Liaise with customers, technicians and contractors to provide timely updates.
Prioritise urgent maintenance requests while balancing multiple jobs.
Ensure service levels and customer KPIs are consistently achieved.
Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers and service partners.
