About this role
We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Services Coordinator to play a key role in keeping our Perth office running smoothly.
With strong organisational skills and a motivated, ‘can-do’ attitude, you’ll help to create an exceptional workplace experience for colleagues, clients and visitors alike.
This position is based in our Perth office 5 days per week.
Key responsibilities
In this diverse and fast-paced role, your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Provide a welcoming experience, greet and serve refreshments for clients and visitors
Maintain office facilities, kitchens and common areas, ensuring they remain clean and tidy
Manage room set-up and pack-down before and after meetings and events, ensuring meeting rooms are ready for use
Manage daily meeting room and other bookings through Microsoft Outlook
Coordinate catering for Partner lunches, team meetings and other firm events, including ordering, set-up and service
Manage office supplies and stock levels, including ordering, receiving and replenishing stock as required
Assist with mail, banking and courier bookings
Assist with office maintenance requests and maintenance schedules
Provide reception cover as required, including during periods of leave or absence
Assist with projects and other ad hoc duties as required
Skills and experience
Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or office services
Team player with strong initiative and a proactive approach
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels
Excellent administrative and organisational skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to adapt to the changing demands of a dynamic corporate environment
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Teams
