Who are we?
Quest Mont Albert is a 49 apartment serviced apartment hotel in Melbourne's eastern suburbs.
We welcome corporate travellers, families, sporting groups, medical guests, relocation guests and long stay residents from all over Australia and the world.
Many of our guests stay with us for weeks, months or even years.
That means we aren't just cleaning hotel rooms.
We're looking after people's home away from home.

The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position.
You'll lead our Housekeeping department while working alongside your team every day.
You'll coach.
You'll inspect.
You'll motivate.
You'll solve problems.

What you'll be doing
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring every apartment consistently meets the exceptional standards our guests expect.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting our housekeeping team every day
- Coaching, mentoring and developing Room Attendants
- Inspecting guest rooms to ensure they meet Quest and QMA standards before being released for sale
- Preparing daily room allocations and coordinating priorities with Front Office
- Managing linen, stock, chemicals and housekeeping supplies
- Monitoring productivity while maintaining exceptional quality
- Identifying maintenance issues before guests do and coordinating with Maintenance
- Helping recruit, train and onboard new team members
- Conducting room inspections and providing constructive feedback
- Creating a positive team culture built on accountability, respect and teamwork
- Rolling up your sleeves and cleaning rooms alongside your team whenever required
- Looking for opportunities to continually improve our housekeeping operation and guest experience
This role combines leadership with hands on housekeeping and operational management, ensuring every guest walks into an apartment they are excited to stay in.

Experience leading a housekeeping team within a hotel, serviced apartment or accommodation environment is a non-negotiable for this role.

Before you apply...
This role is physically demanding.
You'll spend a significant part of your day walking the property, inspecting apartments, cleaning rooms when required, supporting your team and ensuring our standards never slip.
Weekend work may also be required depending on requirements.
