Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort
- Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity
- Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S standards
- Assist other departments and step in for the Executive Housekeeper when required
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within hospitality
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Knowledge of WH&S and hotel operational procedures
- Professional grooming, presentation, and a positive, adaptable attitude
