Are you passionate about making a difference and building meaningful relationships? Join the Royal Rehab Group as our Fundraising & Events Coordinator and play a key role in delivering fundraising initiatives that help transform lives.

The Royal Rehab Foundation is dedicated to supporting people to rebuild their lives following injury or disability. Through fundraising and community support, the Foundation raises vital funds to enhance rehabilitation services, invest in innovative programs, and provide equipment, research, and patient support initiatives that are not otherwise funded. Every dollar raised helps improve outcomes and quality of life for the people and families we support.

Reporting to the Foundation Executive Lead, you'll coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, events and Foundation operations while working closely with donors, sponsors, volunteers and key stakeholders. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives on building connections, managing competing priorities and driving successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Royal Rehab Foundation, ensuring the smooth delivery of fundraising, donor engagement and administrative activities.
Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, events and initiatives, managing logistics, budgets, timelines and stakeholder communications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers and community partners to grow support and fundraising outcomes.
Manage donation and bequest processes, ensuring timely acknowledgements, accurate record keeping and exceptional donor stewardship.
Provide administrative support to the Foundation Committee, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and reports.
Maintain donor databases, track fundraising performance and contribute ideas that enhance stakeholder engagement, fundraising success and the Foundation’s impact.

About you..

We seek a self-motivated and friendly individual with:

Essential Criteria:

Experience in event coordination, fundraising, or not-for-profit environments
Experience managing multiple projects or events simultaneously
Experience working with stakeholders including donors, sponsors, or volunteers
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent event management and coordination skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Confidence in seeking donations, sponsorships, and support from individuals and organisations
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and administrative capability
Proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to “roll up sleeves”
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
