As our Program Coordinator and as part of our Integration team, you’ll play a key role in one of the most important transformation programs across the business, helping bring strategy to life while working alongside experienced leaders and stakeholders across the organisation.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of our Integration Program and ensure the day-to-day running of our Program Management Office is seamless and effective.
This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders including the Program Director and Integration leadership team, helping to coordinate governance, reporting, financial tracking, and planning activities across a complex program of work.
You’ll bring structure, insight and momentum, turning information into clear reporting, identifying risks early, and helping teams stay aligned and on track.
In this role, you will:

Coordinate governance and workstream forums, ensuring they run effectively and deliver outcomes

Produce high-quality reporting for executives and boards, communicating program progress, health status, risks and key metrics

Lead the continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, tools, reporting and governance processes

Support financial tracking, forecasting and data analysis across the program

Develop resource and capacity reporting

Maintain program documentation, schedules and knowledge repositories

Provide delivery assurance by reviewing project plans, reporting and key artefacts
-
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted point of coordination across the program

Support event coordination including town halls, leadership updates, and milestone moments
What You’ll Bring
You’re a highly organised, proactive coordinator who enjoys working across multiple priorities and stakeholders. You’re confident working with data and can turn complexity into clear, meaningful insights.
You’ll also bring:

Experience working within a Program Management Office or large-scale project environment

Strong financial acumen with experience supporting budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.

Experience improving PMO frameworks, reporting processes, templates and governance practices
-
Confidence preparing reports, presentations and governance materials
-
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
-
The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
