What you'll do
Plan and deliver end-to-end client visits and executive experiences, including agendas, demonstrations, branding, room setup, logistics, and onsite execution.
Coordinate catering, vendors, attendee experiences, and operational support as required.
Manage event budgets, approvals, expenditure tracking, and financial governance.
Deliver client-facing events such as workshops, showcases, briefings, and roundtables.
Develop event materials including agendas, speaker flows, signage, branding, collateral, and demonstration assets.
Oversee all event logistics, including venue setup, registrations, catering, vendor management, and run sheet execution.
Manage post-event reporting, insights, follow-up activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate sponsorships, conferences, and exhibitions, including negotiations, branding, booth design, activations, and promotional materials.
Liaise with event organisers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery and brand alignment.
Oversee onsite event operations, staffing, setup, teardown, logistics, and reporting.
Maintain a rolling 12-month event calendar in partnership with marketing and operations leadership.
What you'll need
Proven experience in corporate event management, client engagement, brand experiences, or a similar role.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation capabilities.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience creating event run sheets, agendas, branding assets, and event content.
Strong budgeting, financial management, and cost-tracking skills.
Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, high-profile environments.
